I would like to thank Saldanha Bay Yacht Club, Patrick Dyer, Trevor Dyer and Brian and Shirley Thornton for providing myself and my assistant for a spot on your boats, it was a lot of fun and greatly appreciated.
Once again another great event with winds gusting up to 40 knots. The world's biggest kite and windsurfing event "quoted from Gust Magazine", a 20 km downwind race. The first event was held in 1994 and it is still going strong and getting better with more contestants every year. Over 300 entry's was expected for this year 2009!
