AND HERE GOES MY STORY:

The name of my website, PhotosFARsouth, represents me, a true born South African, originaly from Pietermaritzburg, Kwazulu-Natal. My website has been active since January 2007. I enjoy traveling a great deal, and mostly to capture great events that happen in and around our world and also our own beautifull country, South Africa.

My photo’s ranges from events in South Africa, USA, Bahamas, Caribbean Islands and even Ireland. My photos are a life story, a captured moment in time, for you, the world, to look at or purchase and keep the memories and moments forever with me.

“Peace, Tranquility & Beauty" (the words i live by) in one captured moment, lasts a lifetime.

Seeing the appreciation and smiles on people’s faces when viewing my photos, truly makes my work a pleasure!

Thanks to technology (my website), I can now share my passion for photography with everyone all over the world.

I am not a reporter nor do I work for any newspaper or magazine, I am very much self employed. What I do in my life, is what I love most, photography, traveling and meeting people from all walks of life, whilst working on my photography skills, it also gives me absolute freedom of expression at all times.

I am a dynamic and motivated individual with a no-fear attitude towards a challenge in life. Nothing so far had deterred me from reaching a dream. I love waking up to a new day of not knowing what is going to happen next. I Started traveling 1989, the US of A, first as a Nanny for players in the San Francisco 49er Football Team, and continued travelling there after whenever money, time and my work permitted me to. I’ve seen allot of my own country and would still like to see even more, in 2010 Mozambique&Transkei, previously, the USA's East & West Coast, Hawaii, a bit of Europe and Ireland, Brazil, Venezuela, Caribbean and the Bahamas.

From previously being in the public relations & marketing sector, hotels & co-coordinating, I can definitely say I am an absolute people’s person! My world travels is what some people can only dream of and which I am so greatfull for, and this(through my website)is how I would like to share it with all. I see myself as a very friendly, outgoing, dedicated, and loves laughing and having fun person, and who does not? I have been traveling back and forth to United States continuously, being part of the Mega Yacht Industry. I have also completed 4 x South Atlantic Crossings on sailboats, the smallest being a 36ft mono-hull and the 4th being a 47ft delivery catamaran from Cape Town to Florida, so I have earned myself a great load of sea miles. All of these crossings done was just for fun, the challenge or as I call it appreciating, "The Peace, Tranquility & Beauty".
